Terms of Service

By creating an account, connecting your Instagram Business Page, or accessing the services provided by ilink Chat (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Agreement"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to all terms outlined herein, you must immediately terminate use of the Service.

1. Eligibility & Meta Credentials

To utilize the Service, you must hold a valid, active Instagram Business or Instagram Creator Profile. This profile must be linked to a Facebook Page which you have administrator permissions to manage.

Authorization is performed exclusively using Meta's Secure OAuth dialogs. We do not ask for, collect, or store your Instagram or Facebook password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining access to your Meta Developer developer accounts and protecting your active Page tokens.

2. Rules of Automated Conduct

Automating communication involves strict compliance with public standards. You explicitly agree **NOT** to use ilink Chat to:

• Deliver unsolicited promotional messages (Spam) to Instagram users who have not initiated contact or consented to replies.
• Distribute malicious software, hate speech, harassment, explicit materials, or deceptive financial schemes.
• Impersonate official brand entities or represent the automated AI as a human representative without clear visual indicators or disclosure.
• Circumvent Meta's daily message limits or comment rate thresholds.

Failure to comply will result in immediate suspension of your subscription and reporting to Meta Developer Security desks when required.

3. Meta API Outages & Platform Policy Alterations

The availability of our Service depends completely on the official APIs provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta reserves the right to suspend developer apps, modify API rate limits, deprecate functional features, or revise their developer guidelines at short notice.

In the event that Meta introduces modifications that break the Service, restrict your account access, or render the platform partially non-functional, ilink Chat will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore compliance. However, we cannot guarantee service recovery and represent no liability for damages resulting from Meta's developer decisions.

4. Billing, Renewals, and Refund Policy

Service is offered on a pre-paid subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly plans). Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each term using the registered payment method, unless canceled in writing 48 hours prior.

Due to the server processing costs involved in active AI message generations, all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to automated replies until the end of your current billing period.
